Although most of the harassment that I have endured has been limited to hissing, spitting, and snickering, it is only recently that I have begun fearing for my bodily safety. It was because of this pesonal video, which I posted to youtube, that I found out about a phenomenon called "gang stalking," which involves an individual being targeted and harassed until others and even they themselves begin to feel that they are "going crazy." While this idea also seems to be wrapped up in other conspiracy theories and ideas of electronic mind control which I have not experienced, nor do I believe in, a few major news stories confirm that it does, in fact, exist, and that there have been numerous victims, mostly female. Unfortunately, many of the gang stalking websites and videos I have found seem not to be very credible, but it is, in fact, a real tactic used by cults, and in some cases, large corporate entities to silence an idividual who is seen as a threat. Ralph Nader was known to have been harassed after publishing his book "Unsafe at Any Speed." I have chosen a few sites which are well written that confirm the existence of gang stalking and organized bullying. All contain very good information and a minimum of irrational conjecturing.

I have to admit for the first few months, I wondered if I was going crazy or possibly experiencing post-partum psychosis, and if I was imagining some of the harassment. When it became apparent to me that I was NOT in fact imagining this stuff, then I wondered what, if anything, I could do about it. After almost two years of constant hassling, I finally decided to go to the police after an incident in a local bar when a woman threatened me with bodily harm. Subsequently to that incident, I was accosted on the street in Bushwick by a man who appeared homeless and possibly schizophrenic (witnessed by ten people), and after that, by another man who appeared homeless with a suitcase on the Brooklyn bound 2nd avenue subway station. I cannot say for sure whether all these incidents are related, but given what I have endured since moving to NYC, I'm not going to rule out ANYTHING. I experienced two more physical incidents within the next two months, one of which necessitated my going to court, and an incident the very next day, which I captured on film HERE. The officer that I initially spoke to, even after having seen the film that I took of my attacker, treated me as if I were crazy, asking me if I was "on drugs" and trying to dissuade me from making a report. It was because of that film, taken with my iphone, that I found out about the phenomenon of community harassment and gang stalking.
